10 DAY RETURN POLICY

At Emberful, our aim is your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy. You can return any new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be issued for the total order amount minus the original outbound shipping and any return shipping costs incurred by Emberful. 

If your return request is due to a product defect or damage, we'll first attempt to repair the product. If repair isn't feasible, we'll arrange for a replacement. If your return will be shipped back to us via freight service, we'll need a photo of the item as you've packaged it to have a "before" image, safeguarding against any damage during return shipping. When returning an item, ensure it's clean, properly packaged to prevent damage, and clearly labeled with your RMA number on the outside of the package. To initiate a return, call or email us to use our simple Return Form to obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization number), and we'll process your return promptly.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition within 10 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Items that have been used are non-refundable.

The original outbound shipping cost and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Upon request, a return shipping label can be provided at your expense. For returns requiring freight service, we can arrange for a freight truck to pick up the items, but you'll be responsible for the cost. Certain items are ineligible for return under this policy, such as customized and special products built to order based on your specifications. These items include, but are not limited to, Hestan, Fire Magic, Coyote Outdoor & others. Special orders might include kitchen islands, pizza ovens and others. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receipt, with additional time required for your bank to process the transaction.

Emberful reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

• The returned item doesn't match the original item shipped
• The returned item is missing parts or the original product's packaging, neither of which was specified by the customer
• The item was damaged during return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging
• The returned item has been used and is no longer in new and resalable condition

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of orders or any portion thereof will be allowed only upon our prior
written consent and the payment of such cancellation charges as we may determine. Cancellation will not be accepted on goods which are being manufactured, or
which are ready for shipment

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY

Owner must present proof of original purchase date. Please keep a copy of your dated proof of purchase (sales slip) in order to obtain service under warranty.

PARTS AND SERVICE WARRANTY

For the period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase, Falmec will provide, free of charge, non consumable parts or components that failed due to manufacturing defects. During this two (2) years limited warranty, Falmec will also provide, free of charge, all labor and in-home service to replace any defective parts.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• An extraordinary event neither foreseeable nor preventable by the parties with reasonable care, including, but not limited to: catastrophe, war, expropriation of equipment or installation, sabotage, fire, flood, tornado, hurricane, earthquake. • Damage to or failure of the product: • Caused by modification of the product or use of nongenuine parts. • Caused during delivery, handling or installation. • Caused by operator abuse / misuse. • Caused by dwelling fuse replacement or resetting of circuit breakers. • Caused by use of product in a commercial / industrial application. • Service trips to dwelling to provide use or installation guidance. • Light bulbs, metal or carbon filters and any other consumable part. • Normal wear of finish. • Wear to finish due to operator abuse, improper maintenance, use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products / pads and oven cleaner products. WHO IS COVERED

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser for products purchased for ordinary residential use in United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin lslands). This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners f the product. This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other obligations on the part of Falmec North America, provided, however, that if the disclaimer of implied warranties is ineffective under applicable law, the duration of any implied warranty arising by operation of law shall be limited to two (2) years from the date of original purchase at retail or such longer period as may be required by applicable law. This warranty does not cover any special, incidental and / or consequential damages, nor loss of profits, suffered by the original purchaser, its customers and / or the users of the Products.
