10 DAY RETURN POLICY

At Emberful, our aim is your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy. You can return any new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be issued for the total order amount minus the original outbound shipping and any return shipping costs incurred by Emberful. 

If your return request is due to a product defect or damage, we'll first attempt to repair the product. If repair isn't feasible, we'll arrange for a replacement. If your return will be shipped back to us via freight service, we'll need a photo of the item as you've packaged it to have a "before" image, safeguarding against any damage during return shipping. When returning an item, ensure it's clean, properly packaged to prevent damage, and clearly labeled with your RMA number on the outside of the package. To initiate a return, call or email us to use our simple Return Form to obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization number), and we'll process your return promptly.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition within 10 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Items that have been used are non-refundable.

The original outbound shipping cost and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Upon request, a return shipping label can be provided at your expense. For returns requiring freight service, we can arrange for a freight truck to pick up the items, but you'll be responsible for the cost. Certain items are ineligible for return under this policy, such as customized and special products built to order based on your specifications. These items include, but are not limited to, Hestan, Fire Magic, Coyote Outdoor & others. Special orders might include kitchen islands, pizza ovens and others. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receipt, with additional time required for your bank to process the transaction.

Emberful reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

• The returned item doesn't match the original item shipped
• The returned item is missing parts or the original product's packaging, neither of which was specified by the customer
• The item was damaged during return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging
• The returned item has been used and is no longer in new and resalable condition

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of orders or any portion thereof will be allowed only upon our prior
written consent and the payment of such cancellation charges as we may determine. Cancellation will not be accepted on goods which are being manufactured, or
which are ready for shipment

In addition to precision engineering and outstanding performance, AMD Direct products include our GOLD STANDARD LIFETIME WARRANTY with all replacement parts 100% non-prorated. Effective with purchases 8/1/21.

AMD Direct Warranty is valid for original purchaser at original site of delivery with proof of purchase and photo documentation only. Registration form must be submitted online within 30 days of the purchase date to validate the warranty. Warranty is void upon transfer of ownership. Warranty does not apply to products installed in any commercial, rental, or nonresidential application (exception of the Resort Grill, Alturi, & TRL). Warranty covers replacement parts only. Manufacturer is not responsible for labor or labor-related costs. Warranty does not cover discoloration, surface rust, corrosion, or oxidation, which may occur due to harsh environments, chemicals, or overheating. Warranty will not apply for damage resulting from improper installations, abuse, extreme environments, grease fires, or misuse. Proof of regular and proper maintenance is required. Coastal, humid, and/or salt environments are subject to manufacturer review. All out-of-box claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be made prior to installation. Any product installed damaged will be considered damaged during installation and not covered under warranty. Warranty and registration forms are available at www.amddirect.com/register. Please be advised - all display models are sold “as is” and the warranty covers the following items only: main burners (Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty), grates (Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty), burner covers (Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty). All warranties are subject to the review and approval of the manufacturer.
