Refund and Return Policy

10 DAY RETURN POLICY

At Emberful, our aim is your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy. You can return any new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be issued for the total order amount minus the original outbound shipping and any return shipping costs incurred by Emberful.

If your return request is due to a product defect or damage, we'll first attempt to repair the product. If repair isn't feasible, we'll arrange for a replacement. If your return will be shipped back to us via freight service, we'll need a photo of the item as you've packaged it to have a "before" image, safeguarding against any damage during return shipping. When returning an item, ensure it's clean, properly packaged to prevent damage, and clearly labeled with your RMA number on the outside of the package. To initiate a return, call or email us to use our simple Return Form to obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization number), and we'll process your return promptly.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition within 10 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Items that have been used are non-refundable.

The original outbound shipping cost and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Upon request, a return shipping label can be provided at your expense. For returns requiring freight service, we can arrange for a freight truck to pick up the items, but you'll be responsible for the cost. Certain items are ineligible for return under this policy, such as customized and special products built to order based on your specifications. These items include, but are not limited to, Hestan, Fire Magic, Coyote Outdoor & others. Special orders might include kitchen islands, pizza ovens and others. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receipt, with additional time required for your bank to process the transaction.

Emberful reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

The returned item doesn't match the original item shipped
The returned item is missing parts or the original product's packaging, neither of which was specified by the customer
The item was damaged during return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging
The returned item has been used and is no longer in new and resalable condition

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of orders or any portion thereof will be allowed only upon our prior
written consent and the payment of such cancellation charges as we may determine. Cancellation will not be accepted on goods which are being manufactured, or
which are ready for shipment

Shipping Policy

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are eligible for free complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Emberful retains the discretion to determine the delivery method, carrier, and service level for each shipment when standard shipping is chosen. For Freight shipments, standard shipping includes curb-side delivery and lift gate services. Some exceptions, like hard-to-reach areas, may entail special considerations and fees.

SHIPPING TIMES

If product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days on average. If product is out of stock, shipping time is normally 2-3 weeks. Please note, shipping schedules are estimates only, under no circumstance shall we be responsible for any inability or delay in meeting shipping schedules or for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential) resulting therefrom

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

To ensure swift and adaptable shipping solutions nationwide, many of our products are stocked in our many warehouses located in New York and St.Louis to name a few. However, certain custom-finished items and other products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, which could require additional processing time.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING

For most items weighing under 150 pounds, our standard free shipping method will utilize parcel services such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. This flexibility enables us to expedite the processing and shipment of your order. Should your order arrive damaged, please promptly capture images and share them with us to facilitate appropriate resolution.

STANDARD FREIGHT SHIPPING

Items weighing over 150 pounds will typically be shipped using our free standard freight service, which includes complimentary curb-side delivery and lift gate assistance. Upon readiness for delivery, the shipping company will reach out to you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Therefore, it's vital to provide an accurate phone number during checkout. Upon delivery, the driver will offload the item from the truck, but it's your responsibility to transport it onto your premises. You'll be required to sign for the delivery and inspect the product upon receipt. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance; Emberful cannot be held liable for damages not recorded during delivery acceptance.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our complimentary standard shipping does not extend to international orders. While we regularly ship to Canada, customers must contact our sales representatives to ascertain shipping costs. The 24" AOG features a complete 304 stainless steel construction to ensure durability and longevity while offering a modest 432 square inch grilling surface and an additional warming rack, with (2) 16,000 stainless steel burners that put out some serious heat. Add the optional 10,000 BTU rear backburner to provide added versatility, allowing you to enjoy the savory flavors created by the rotisserie. The stainless steel vaporizer panels provide even heat distribution to prevent hot & cold spots and also prevent flare ups, while the custom designed analog thermometer features a stainless steel bezel for high quality temperature control. All of AOG's grills provide the same 15-Year warranty on the stainless steel burners, and a 10-Year warranty on all stainless steel parts (excluding the vaporizer panels). The cart model features an optional 12,000 BTU side burner, durable 2.5" wheels and comes fully assembled, save the side shelves, to provide years of outdoor grilling joy - perfect to bring your friends and family together. AOG's "L" Series grills feature a premium electronic push button ignition system that does not require batteries. Also unique to the "L" Series, the interior halogen lights are conveniently controlled by a push button located on the right side of the unit to provide a bright grilling surface - perfect for night grilling. This thing is a beast!

Absolutely huge and perfect for restaurants or breweries, however we just use it in our backyard. We host many get togethers throughout the year and this oven always knocks out a ton of food at a time.

Using it a lot

Been using it since we got this few months ago we are using charcoal and wood chunks for this oven. It's really a beautiful pizza oven had to put it in our outdoor kitchen and every weekend we are having a little pizza party.

I'm 71 years old and have had lots of grills, from Napoleon to Blaze. I love grilling and this one's the best, but it's a little pricey. I've grilled and used the rotisserie, and they're great. It took a while to get over the cost, but it's worth it. If you can afford it, you'll love using it.
